Brookridge Heights, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Culinary Services Director to lead the dining program and supervise staff. The role involves coordinating with nursing staff to ensure resident care and maintaining quality food service aligned with regulatory standards.

You will manage budgeting, inventory, and supplier relations, and be willing to cook daily in the kitchen to ensure high-quality meals for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience managing culinary services in senior living, hospital or hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to plan, direct and supervise dining services staff and operations.
• Knowledge of food service standards, policies, equipment, and regulations.
