As the Culinary Services Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the food, beverage, and dining services operations within the community. Your duties will include overseeing procurement, food preparation, and service according to the designated Menu Program; managing the department's finances; supervising and training team members; ensuring food safety and sanitation; managing inventory and product rotation; maintaining accurate records; and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will foster high levels of resident and family engagement, leveraging your communication and organizational skills to teach, develop, and inspire your team.
