Forefront is seeking a dedicated Culinary Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in our healthcare setting in Danville. You will perform routine work for the culinary department under the direction of the Chef Manager, supporting meal preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous institutional dietary service experience is preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined work routines and cleaning in the culinary department.
• Assist the cook in meal preparation and service.
• Follow federal, state, and facility policies and procedures.
• Set up dining room and serve residents.
• Wash and store dishes and manage supplies.
• Attend in-service training and comply with safety and infection control procedures.
• Comply with HIPAA and facility policies, ethics, and standards.
• Participate in meetings and mandatory training for professional growth.
