Job summary

Enrichment Services Program Incorporated is seeking a Kitchen/Utility Aide to support Head Start/Early Head Start centers in New York. You will prepare and package meals, help with sanitation, and assist in custodial duties to maintain a clean facility.

Responsibilities include delivering meals to classrooms on schedule, washing dishes, and removing trash after meals. The role requires basic math for portioning and strong teamwork in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months food handling/preparation experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package meals and snacks for classroom delivery.
• Deliver meals to classrooms according to the established meal service schedule.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen daily and weekly to maintain sanitation.
• Assist with trash & waste removal and general cleaning of facilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen area and report hazards.
