Qualifications

• Food Protection Certificate required or willingness to attend training.
• One year of experience cooking for groups of 100+ people.
• CPR and AED/First Aid certification or willingness to attend both trainings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation according to a pre-planned menu.
• Prepare meal ingredients (wash, peel, cut, slice).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
• Monitor proper temperatures and food storage areas.
• Restock ingredients to meet prep times and delivery schedules.
• Participate in staff development and trainings as needed.
