Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant in a commercial kitchen is required.
• Ability to stand for 5 hours and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Strong familiarity with kitchen operations, equipment, and food basics.
• High energy, strong work ethic, and fast-paced efficiency.
• Flexible schedule with daytime and evening shifts seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients are prepped and the kitchen is ready for each class or event.
• Support the Chef Instructor by anticipating needs and providing seamless guest experience.
• Welcome students and private event guests and help them feel prepared.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with storage organization and kitchen projects.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and remain flexible to support the team.
