Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Levy division at Delta Center seeks a Culinary Scheduling Supervisor to organize event staffing for Jazz and Mammoth games and other Delta Center events. You will create and adjust culinary schedules, track attendance, and support payroll with timecard edits, working closely with culinary leadership and HR.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing changing staffing needs in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, timekeeping, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and detail orientation.
• Experience with confidential records handling.
• Ability to adapt to staffing changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication with staff, managers, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Culinary schedules based on event and staffing needs.
• Manage schedule changes, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing adjustments.
• Track and document late arrivals, call-outs, missed shifts, and attendance concerns.
• Track and process RTO (Request Time Off) requests.
• Complete timecard edits and corrections to support payroll.
• Coordinate borrowed team members based on staffing shortages and event needs.
• Check in temporary staff, verify identification, and confirm assignments.
• Track temporary staff arrival, departure, and hours worked.
• Communicate staffing updates and concerns with Culinary leadership and HR.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling team member and disciplinary information.
• Complete additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
