Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Store Team Member in Santa Clarita to deliver a memorable guest experience. You’ll be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher with product knowledge to recommend recipes and proteins.

You’ll manage inventory, replenish stock, pick and pack online orders, and provide a friendly checkout experience. You should enjoy cooking, be comfortable in a cold environment, and be available for a flex schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work as part of a TEAM and deliver superior results with urgency and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador, educate customers about Wild Fork Food products.
• Develop product and culinary knowledge to share recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience and personalize service.
• Assist customers at checkout and manage a smooth checkout experience.
• Perform stocking duties, lifting up to 50 lb, rotate products, and assist with inventory.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely product handouts for deliveries.
• Work in a cold environment such as walk-in freezers and adapt to seasonal peaks.
