Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver memorable guest experiences at our Fort Lauderdale location. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, building deep product knowledge to help customers choose proteins and recipes.

The role includes stocking, processing ecommerce orders, and handling checkout in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $18/hour with monthly bonus potential and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; able to communicate with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers on Wild Fork Foods (WFF) values and products.
• Develop product and culinary knowledge to recommend recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personable checkout experience and assist with online orders.
• Perform stocking duties, rotate products, and manage inventory in the walk-in freezer.
• Oversee daily price changes and operate the cash register when needed.
• Work in a cold environment and support seasonal peaks and deadlines.
