Wild Fork Market in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience as a personal chef and friendly butcher. You will engage customers with product knowledge, help with replenishment, cash handling, and store readiness, including freezer work, opening and closing duties, and teamwork.

You will support inventory accuracy, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, and participate in ongoing training while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, grocery, hospitality, or food experience required.
• Strong customer service skills with enthusiasm for food and culinary exploration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8–10 hours.
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Basic math skills for cash handling; POS experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide a warm, engaging customer experience through product knowledge and service.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish and merchandise to create an easy-to-shop store.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and back-stock organization.
• Work in walk-in freezers and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
