Wild Fork Foods in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher with product knowledge to recommend dishes or proteins.

Responsibilities include inventory control, replenishing stock, picking and packing online orders, and providing a friendly checkout experience. The role requires the ability to work in a cold environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including early

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, by showing interest and carefully listening to their needs required.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate the consumer on what WFF stands for.
• Become a product and culinary expert by sharing recipes and tips on how to cook our protein.
• Provide a butcher friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
• Assist customers during checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Perform stocking duties, rotate products, and manage store cleanliness.
• Oversee daily price changes and manage cash register as required.
• Process e-commerce orders and oversee timely product handout for deliveries.
• Work in a cold environment and perform monthly inventory in our walk-in freezer.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
