Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience while building product knowledge and culinary expertise. You will assist at checkout, manage inventory, and support online order fulfillment in a fast-paced, cold environment.

Qualifications

One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a wide range of people and active listening.
Work with integrity as a team toward a shared vision and ownership of results.
Ability to meet seasonal peaks and deadlines; strong time management.

Responsibilities

Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers about Wild Fork Foods and our quality.
Be a product and culinary expert by sharing recipes and cooking tips.
Provide a butcher friendly shopping experience with personalized service.
Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
Stocking duties including lifting up to 50 lb and rotating products.
Oversee price changes and operate cash register as required.
Process e-commerce orders and coordinate product hand-outs for deliveries.
Work in extremely cold environments (walk-in freezer) as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
