OSI Industries, LLC is seeking an early-career professional to support bench-top sample development and the creation of new products for production. You will work with the culinary team to refine formulations and prepare samples for customer feedback.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in related fields, familiarity with food formulation and quality standards, and strong MS Office skills. Travel of 10–20% may be required; the role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in related field.
• 0-3 years in food formulation or R&D.
• Familiarity with food preparation, presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
• Ability to apply food formulation principles to meet large-scale production needs.

Responsibilities

• Support bench-top samples and development of new products for production.
• Collaborate with culinary team on customer presentations and product design.
• Record and document processes, ingredients, and results (yields, weights, throughputs).
• Prepare samples for customer review and feedback.
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitary work environment in Culinary Innovation Center.
• Prepare reports for management and assist with events as needed.
