Canyon Ranch Lenox is seeking a Food Purchasing Clerk to support our Food & Beverage team in the Berkshires. The role focuses on ordering ingredients and supplies, receiving deliveries, and maintaining storerooms to ensure kitchens are stocked for an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong eye for detail, organization, and safety. This is an on-site position within a busy culinary operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree or two-year specialized training or experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in a related field is expected.

Responsibilities

• Keep our kitchens stocked and ready by ordering food, beverages, and supplies while balancing quality, availability, and cost.
• Own the organization behind the operation by receiving and stocking products and maintaining storerooms and walk-ins using FIFO practices.
• Be a partner to our culinary team by supporting product utilization, beverage and juice production, sanitation, or other needs as they arise.
• Help maintain exceptionally high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization across culinary spaces.
• Look for ways to improve organization, efficiency, or effectiveness and propose better approaches.
