Wonder is seeking a Production Supervisor in Swedesboro, NJ to oversee daily culinary production, including prep, cooking, assembly, and packaging. You will ensure schedules, quality, and safety compliance, partnering with Quality, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory experience in a food environment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HACCP/GMP standards. This on-site role offers growth and a fast-paced atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of 5+ in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
• Ability to read English safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily production workflows to meet targets.
• Monitor throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks; escalate concerns to leadership.
• Support start-up meetings and coordinate across workstations.
• Monitor ingredient usage, yields and waste.
• Ensure proper handoff of finished goods to warehouse.
