Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Culinary Production Assistant to support production, patient meals, retail venues and catering, ensuring the right food is available for the right person at the right time.

You will follow standardized recipes, portion and label items, adhere to Wisconsin Food Code and ServSafe, manage ingredient rotation, monitor critical control points and sanitize equipment to keep production on schedule. Some nights may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum – No related work experience required.
  • Preferred - Food Service and/or Customer Service Experience.
  • Preferred - ServSafe Certification.

Culinary Production Assistants

are eligible for:

  • Paid time off, including 15 days of vacation time for full-time employees.

Education
