Job summary

Epic is seeking a procurement professional for the culinary department to manage sourcing of large appliances, small wares, and consumables. You will build and maintain vendor relationships, collaborate with chefs and events teams, and optimize quality, sustainability, and cost across national suppliers.

You will relocate to the Madison, WI area with relocation assistance and become part of a team delivering meals and resources to staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Equipment procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Procure culinary department equipment, large appliances, and small wares.
• Establish, develop, and maintain vendor relationships from local farms to national wholesalers.
• Collaborate with chefs and cross-functional teams (catering, events, facilities, accounting).
• Support sourcing decisions balancing quality, sustainability, and cost.
