Job summary

Epic is seeking a procurement-focused professional to support our culinary department based at the Madison, WI campus. The role involves sourcing large industrial appliances, small wares, and consumables, and requires relocating to the Madison area with reimbursement of relocation costs.

You will work closely with chefs, catering, facilities, and accounting teams to optimize quality, sustainability, and cost. We offer merit-based compensation with annual raises and bonuses, plus stock grants.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel and Access.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 Vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Procure equipment for culinary department, including large appliances and small wares.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships across local to national suppliers.
