Job summary

Epic is seeking a procurement professional to support our culinary department on a Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance. You will source and purchase equipment from large industrial appliances to small wares, while coordinating with chefs and cross-functional teams to optimize quality, cost, and sustainability.

In this role you’ll build and maintain vendor relationships, manage procurement data in Excel/Access, and advocate for local-supply sourcing where possible.

Qualifications

• Equipment procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure culinary equipment and supplies including large appliances and small wares.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors.
