Job summary

Epic is seeking a procurement professional to support the culinary department. You will build and manage supplier relationships for large appliances, merchandising gear, and small wares while aligning with chefs, catering, events, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

Equipment procurement experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with Excel and Access.
Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
COVID‑19 Vaccination.

Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors across culinary procurement.
Procure large industrial appliances, merchandising equipment, and small wares for the culinary department.
Collaborate with chefs and stakeholders (catering, events, facilities, accounting) to balance quality, sustainability, and cost.
Support ongoing updating and expansion of culinary facilities to meet daily meal production needs (≈12,000 meals/day).
