Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino is seeking an EDR/C-Store Cook to prepare, cook, and present fresh food offerings for the Employee Dining Room and convenience store. You will produce daily meals, grab-and-go items, sandwiches, salads, pizza, and hot case offerings while maintaining quality, safety, and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year of culinary or food service experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume food production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and portion controls.
• Produce daily EDR and C-store meals.
• Prepare hot case items, grab-and-go meals, sandwiches and salads.
• Maintain product levels and replenish items during service.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and sanitation standards.
• Operate ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, mixers safely.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and departmental policies.
• Support other culinary outlets as needed.
