Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking cooks to prepare hot and cold items under the supervision of the Production Chef at Harvey Point for guests and base personnel. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience, with eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and employee discounts nationwide.

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, 18+, and able to obtain and maintain the required U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Follow safety practices and SOP/ BOH regulations for food handling.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Prepare menu items in quantities and quality per menu and servings.
• Ensure products are kept and served at proper temperatures.
• Rotate and monitor stock and notify for items needed.
• Set up work stations with ingredients and equipment.
• Cross-train as back-up Cashier and Bar Attendant.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
