Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 2–3 years cooking experience in premium foodservice venues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual space to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize food revenues.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service philosophy that guides associates.
• Meet with supervision to review assignments and anticipated business levels.
• Ensure the highest quality product and uphold sanitation standards.
• Provide efficient service and maintain client relations through effective communication.
• Keep equipment in proper operating condition and clean regularly.
• Rotate to other service locations as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
