Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Interest in working in an automated kitchen environment — no robotics experience required, we train.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins and vegetables with expert knife skills for robot compatibility.
• Use digital scales for precise weighing of ingredients and sauces.
• Load and monitor automated bowl-building units following software protocols.
• Maintain inventory logs and track food waste on the digital platform.
• Operate induction stoves, combi ovens, and blast chillers safely.
