Responsibilities

• Ensure freshness through rotation and labeling in the walk-in cooler.
• Taste all prep items to ensure proper seasoning.
• Respond to guest feedback with urgency and professionalism.
• Communicate with the incoming shift about what prep items to complete or prioritize.
