Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparation of daily menu items.
• Washes, peels, cuts, and seasons vegetables and fruits.
• Cleans and handles meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Dips items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them.
• Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries food to and from workstations and stores foods safely.
