SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH is seeking a Cook for our Food Service Production Department on second shift. You will prepare and cook a wide variety of foods for patients, employees, and catering events, following recipes and HACCP standards to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications include 2–4 years cooking experience, high school diploma or GED preferred, Serve Safe certification preferred, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to convey production information.
• Knowledge of FIFO and HACCP standards is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in large quantities for patients, staff and events.
• Follow HACCP and sanitation standards; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Record quantities used for production planning and monitor storage temperatures.
• Coordinate with purchasing to adapt menus to supply changes.
• Operate food production equipment safely and efficiently.
