Qualifications

• Must have HACCP knowledge.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, and vendor management.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Accountability for P&L and contract-managed service operations.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls and sourcing using local products.
• Demonstrates passion for sustainability.
