Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as Culinary Manager.
• Cert. in Dietary Manager Course or associate’s degree in culinary/hospitality management.
• Must have current ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations ensuring high-quality food and presentation.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Provide hands-on culinary leadership to guide and inspire the kitchen team.
