Job summary

Rehoboth Beach Country Club is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join the Talon Tribe. You will prepare menu items, maintain a clean station, and support service during restaurant, banquets, and events.

We offer approximately 35 hours per week with potential transition to full-time year-round after six months based on performance and needs. Join a team-focused kitchen culture under the guidance of Executive and Sous Chefs.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintains organized station with proper setup and stocked ingredients.
• Executes food preparation during restaurant, banquet, and events.
• Ensures food is prepared safely and at correct temperatures.
• Assists with daily prep work and ingredient preparation.
• Keeps workstation clean, organized, and sanitary.
