Job summary

Dig Inn is seeking an Learning & Development Associate to transform culinary standards into organized training materials and engaging learning experiences for restaurant teams. You will manage the LMS, develop learning paths, and ensure resources are accurate and accessible.

You will observe training in restaurants, gather feedback, and collaborate with Culinary, Operations, and People teams to turn insights into practical content.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in learning and development, training coordination, or related field.
• Experience with editing software and creating training materials.
• Experience administering an LMS and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, format, and maintain training materials (guides, SOPs, checklists, digital content).
• Build learning paths for restaurant staff and leaders.
• Administer Dig Inn’s LMS (Circle) on a day-to-day basis.
• Gather feedback from culinary and operations teams and turn it into usable training resources.
• Write, format, and publish recipe guides; visit restaurants to observe training in action.
• Track participation and training effectiveness; keep calendars and content organized.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and partner with teams to improve materials.
• Proofread materials with attention to detail and accuracy.
