Job summary

Dig Inn is seeking a Learning & Development Associate in New York to turn culinary standards and training goals into organized learning experiences for restaurant teams. You’ll create and maintain training materials, manage Circle LMS, develop learning paths, and collaborate with Culinary, Operations, and People teams to improve training.

This role blends behind-the-scenes content organization with in-restaurant observations, ensuring resources are accurate and easy to use.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in learning and development or training coordination.
• Experience with editing software (CapCut, Final Cut) and AI tools.
• Experience working in or supporting a restaurant, food-service, culinary, or hospitality org.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials, guides, SOPs, and digital content.
• Manage and structure learning paths for restaurant employees and leaders.
• Administer Dig Inn’s LMS Circle and track learning data.
