Qualifications

• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté and fry)
• Use knives and various kitchen equipment
• Read and recreate recipes
• Maintain consistency in all food preparation
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team
• Create workstations with needed ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients for cooking and keep the kitchen sanitized
