Qualifications

• Energetic personality and desire to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in production and fabrication of food for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room, and fine dining.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment; ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Help develop menus reflecting seasonal availability and concept of the restaurant.
• Prepare ingredients and use knives and various kitchen equipment; ensure consistent food preparation.
• Support the kitchen team to minimize waste through cross-utilization.
