Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid food handler certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Energetic, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Handle knives and kitchen equipment.
• Reach and recreate recipes; ensure consistency in prep.
• Maintain sanitary, orderly kitchen environment.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team.
