Oryana in Traverse City, MI is seeking a full-time Culinary Department Lead at our 10th Street store to supervise culinary operations and ensure timely service, consistent product quality, and friendly customer interactions. The role covers Cook, Café Staff, Culinary Staff, Baker, and Dishwasher duties as needed, with open availability including weekends.

Starting wage is $20.34–$22.53 per hour, experience considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation in a retail or cafe setting.
• Leads team to foster positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support Culinary team to deliver timely service and consistent quality.
• Fulfill duties of Cook, Café Staff, Culinary Staff, Baker, and Dishwasher as needed.
• Maintain open availability including weekends.
