Job summary

Oryana in Traverse City, MI is seeking a full-time Culinary Department Lead at our 10th Street store to supervise culinary operations and ensure timely service, consistent product quality, and friendly customer interactions. The role covers Cook, Café Staff, Culinary Staff, Baker, and Dishwasher duties as needed, with open availability including weekends.

Starting wage is $20.34–$22.53 per hour, experience considered.

Oryana is seeking candidates for a full-time Culinary Department Lead at our 10th Street store. The Culinary Lead supports the Culinary team in providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely service; products that are uniform in size, taste, and consistency; and greeting and interacting with the customer in a friendly and personal way. The Culinary Lead must also be able to fulfill the responsibilities of Culinary roles (Cook, Café Staff, Culinary Staff, Baker, and Dishwasher) as needed. This year-round position requires open availability with the ability to work open, closing and weekend shifts.
