Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in large-volume food production
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
• Ability to work in public-facing environment
• ServSafe or related certifications preferred

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items.
• Assist with menu production and portioning.
• Monitor quality, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support cafe, catering, and events on campus.
• Lead kitchen staff and coordinate shifts.
