Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart Kitchens is seeking a detail‑oriented Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals to standard and keep the shared facility organized. You’ll support order fulfillment, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with DashMart teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces.
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site.
• Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success.
• Uphold a 'One Team' mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers.
