DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate for our DashMart Kitchens team within a shared DashMart facility. You will prepare meals to standard, maintain kitchen and warehouse organization, and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a dedicated kitchen team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficient operations, while enjoying benefits like PTO, health plans, and a paid time-off structure. Training for a Food Handler’s Certification is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service (fast food and quick-service restaurants), grocery, or beverage operations, or a willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required; Food Handler’s Certification upon hire may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces.
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site.
• Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success.
