Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart Kitchens team is hiring a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals to brand and food-safety standards, keep the kitchen and warehouse organized, and support order fulfillment within a shared facility.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with morning, day, evening and weekend shifts. You’ll join a collaborative “One Team” culture, with benefits including PTO, sick leave, 401(k) matching, gym reimbursement, and a monthly DashPass.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or fast-casual restaurants preferred.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Reliable, positive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to brand and safety standards.
• Maintain dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage and rotate inventory.
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations to keep a cohesive site and support light tasks.
