Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Concessions Culinary Cook to prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards, ensuring consistent quality and timely service across venues. You will follow established recipes, portion controls, and HACCP guidelines while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from area worked during service periods.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness and stores or discards excess food safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat, and ensures food and supplies are stored per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies and reports needed maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings and maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers and managers.
• Performs duties safely, following HACCP standards and company policies.
