Qualifications

• Must be a current Job Corps Center Student enrolled in the Culinary Arts program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in food preparation or working in a kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks in preparation of student meals in compliance with directives.
• Perform clean-up and sanitation duties in food prep, storage, and dish areas.
• Provide adequate supply of food and transfer ingredients to cooking area as instructed.
