The role focuses on product quality, value, and coordinating with Sector Culinary leaders, Category Development & Sourcing, and Account Management, located in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Culinary Degree with minimum 3 years food service experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple agendas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to improve customer compliance with purchasing programs.
• Lead dialogue across Category Development, Sourcing and Account Management teams.
• Lead Steps 2/5 in Sourcing projects with data analytics and specs validation.
• Drive strategic purchasing initiatives to improve compliance and revenues.
