Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Culinary Assistant Project Manager to join our national culinary team. The role supports both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, reviewing load lists, training kitchen staff, ensuring ingredients and rentals are prepared, and communicating event details to management. Travel up to 60 days may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Culinary training and/or certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews information from PM on contracted event(s).
• Oversees and directs event staff and coordinates pre-event huddles.
• Final Walk 30 minutes before event starts and check out with client.
• Assists with prep, coordination and timing of food and beverage.
• Trains kitchen staff/temporary labor and manages guest space.
• Reviews load sheets with staff and communicates event timelines to management.
