Fullcirclerestoration in Fort Stockton, TX seeks a Culinary Assistant Project Manager to support the culinary team and guest experience. This role bridges back-of-house operations with front-of-house event coordination.

You will oversee event staff, coordinate rentals and vendor activities, and ensure timely communications with management. Travel up to 60 days may be required; Bachelor’s or culinary training preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Culinary degree preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Culinary training and/or certifications a plus.
• 3 years Chef experience or 5 years heavy kitchen operational management experience.

Mansioni

• Receives and reviews information from PM on contracted event(s).
• May be involved in site walks.
• Completes load lists for events.
• Trains kitchen staff/temporary labor.
• Menu - ensures all ingredients are available and loaded.
• Cross checks rentals, staffing and third-party vendors before events.
• Supports PM with rentals and inventory.
• Communicates event details to upper management.
• Oversees and directs event staff.
• Coordinates pre-event huddles.
• Reviews event timelines with staff.
• Supports PM with positions and tasks.
• Final walk 30 minutes before event starts.
• Assists with control of prep, coordination and timing of food and beverage.
