Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead a high-volume kitchen at McLaren Port Huron Hospital in Port Huron, MI. You will guide a culinary team, standardize operations, and develop menus that meet diverse client needs while building strong partnerships with hospital leadership and clients.

You will manage people, set direction, and deploy resources, with responsibility for performance reviews and hiring decisions. HACCP/ServSafe knowledge is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.
• 1-3 years of related culinary operations experience.
