Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and guidelines to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures, ensuring attractive and tasty dishes.
• Maintains records from area worked during service and follows established ticket procedures.
• Keeps kitchen clean and organized, stores excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly.
