Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time and part time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at The Barrington of Carmel in Carmel, Indiana. Open availability preferred with weekends possible. Prior server experience is preferred. Competitive pay range and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
• Customer service and guest interaction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders following service steps.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally while maintaining sanitation.
• Assist guests with menu choices and accommodate reasonable requests and allergies.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Handle cash transactions and keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Address guest concerns promptly and relay information to supervisors.
