Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of dietary experience in hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility preferred.
• Ability to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The Cook is responsible for preparing food in accordance with current applicable standards, guidelines and regulations, with established policies and procedures, to assure quality food service at all times.
